They ended my dispute so I drove the 45 minutes back and they still refused to refund it- now I’m currently waiting in a disgusting dining area for my food to be remade- this place isn’t even busy but the tables are filthy and trash on one of the tables has been here since the first time I was here to pick up the order. Never again… chipotle has gone so downhill they lost a customer.

- PPPath PatelOct 11, 20251.0This is probably the last time I go to Chipotle, the worst experience ever in my life, the employees were keep saying what to everything we asked, I asked for all the veggies including lettuce, but didn’t put in at the end, we kept saying to put this and the guy was like deaf and can’t listen to us, instead of lid for the bowls, they gave me a foil wrap to wrap the bowls, they need to be more professional and have respect for any customer. They didn’t even ask me for a receipt, but I paid with card, which I have proof, I need to speak to a manager or need a refund, the food seemed like it was 1 week old, no taste at all. I spent $53 dollars on this order, but wasn’t worth it.
