Also my hot chocolate is sludge, it’s chunky… Literally my whole order wasted. Please cook your bagel minis fresh and correctly, now I’m on the road for an hour with nothing to eat or drink.

She sounded like a school kid who was forced to work against her will. Swearing on customers is unacceptable. I highly doubt if background checks are performed before hiring people here! Kids working here need to be retrained/replaced.
