Lauren, the technician is the best technician who ever helped me in the 30 years since I developed Diabetes. Rush the pharmacist always is attentative and provides the care I need and fights the insurance companies if needed to get my medicine. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone should come to Osco for their pharmacy needs. Vaccinations are a cinch with Roshs steady hand. This place knows great customer service

She has put cookies aside for me on several occasions. She has gone out of her way to make my shopping experience so much better. Thank you for great customer service.

Not to mention the stacks that block isles while staff unloads items. It has definitely changed in the past few years into an annoying chaotic experience. Very disappointing.
