  Dunkin’ is for you if you want to get rushed out of the drive thru, given sub par and most likely screwed up orders, including old crusty hash browns that have sat in their warmer for hours, and overrated coffee. But hey, they have fast drive thru’s, and they must have great corporate scores on their drive thru speed!

  My coffee was great. Was just able to check the munchkins that I was going to share i ordered 25 but this is what I got. The food was good with the order. This was my only complaint. I didn't check it but it was my order. I was in a rush this morning.

  Purchased a large cold brew ice coffee. Girl who made my coffee (Did not get her name, very short girl) did not even shake it up! Instead gave me my iced coffee with the milk at the bottom. I asked if it was the correct. She said “yep” and turned away. I began to look for something on the counter to shake up my iced coffee. Found a plastic glove near the donut display case. Shook up my coffee (something that should been done by said girl. The ice coffee dripped, and stained a $90 hoodie I was wearing. Also spilled ice coffee on the counter. Attempted to wipe it up, since I tend not to leave a mess. Just then, the girl who originally took my order, was with a blonde employee at the counter, seeing me attempt to clean up the drippings, asked me “What are you doing?” I said the “employee did not shake my coffee.” The blond girl then mutters to me “Oh, that is alright!” Took my drink, and left. I had been a long time customer of this store for years. And drove out of my way to come here. Never again.

  We get food and drinks from this location every Sunday morning and every Sunday morning whomever puts the food in the bags always puts the chocolate frosted donut on the bottom of the bag and everything else on top of it so that when you take everything out there is chocolate on everything except the donut that it's supposed to be on. I understand that this Dunkin employs alot of teens and today's teen are absolutely clueless about anything that isn't electronic but how about training your employees in terms that even a teen can understand that chocolate frosted anything doesn't go on the bottom of the bag. Not that hard to understand.
