  Doesn’t matter how slowly or clearly you give your coffee order they’ll still mess it up… Even when they repeat back to you or not.

  Over $20 in burnt un drinkable coffee on the last month. Sadly , really nice people work here , but i'm not paying for a niceness. I just want my coffee drinkable

  They will mess up your coffee order 100% of the time. Last week I ordered decaf they brought regular coffee. Thankfully I noticed but today, I didn’t cos I was in a hurry. Today I ordered decaf with oat milk. I got regular coffee with 7 sugars and 8 milk. I never have sugar with my coffee. The mixture tasted gross. Make sure to check your order or better still go somewhere else where they have listening ears and won’t cause you stomach problems. How hard is it to just stick to the order.

  Donuts are ALWAYS fresh!! I go here a lot with my kiddos and it’s one of the best Dunkin’s around. I love that I know we can always expect fresh food. The line in the morning for the drive thru is usually pretty long (but hey! I can see why!) so I run in sometimes and I’m always greeted with a happy smile and cooperation with whatever I need (such as asking for separate bags for each donut). Love this Dunkin’s!

  this dunkin never fails to mess my order up, always a 20 minute wait even if you preorder on the app. everyone is running around like it’s their first day on the job i have switched to the dunkin down the road because of all this, horrible horrible service.
