- JSJared Da SilvaMar 1, 20231.0Stopped on my way home as I haven’t had this in a while… asked for a sandwich with NO vegetables and was loaded with lettuce. Didn’t notice until I got home and meal got cold while trying to pick out every piece of lettuce out of melted cheese. Maybe something silly to complain about but it’s a simple instruction that’s written on the receipt. I have a texture disorder so I can’t eat certain textured foods without getting an upset stomach. If anything it’s less work for the employees. Don’t recommend if you have a particular order you want in a certain way as you will be ignored. Imagine if you have food allergies. Yikes. Also called to speak with someone, spoke to a woman who then gave the phone to someone else and they said “you can come in for a refund or I can make another” and hung up. I’ll take the refund and will not be returning.
