    Ice cream was already melted when given to us at the window and tasted odd. The staff was friendly but definitely not what I'm used to when it comes to DQ.

    Walked in for a mobile order pick up, asked by 2 employees who didn't bother to check pick up shelf (which my food was already up on) so stood there for 15 minutes before finally asking an employee to specifically check for my name again. Awful attention to customers and employees clearly not bothering to communicate.

    Was Picking Up An Order Showed The Girl At The Counter The Name She Told Someone To Make It She Proceeded To Joke Around Chat Call Employee Stupid Like 15 Times. I Waited 20 Minutes Finally Had Enough And Showed Her Again An Said Is Someone Going To Make This And She Made It In 10 Seconds So Basically Stood Waiting For 20 Minutes Because There Is Nothing But Teenagers Working Joking And Playing Around Very Unprofessional Highly Recommend Someone Higher Up Do Something About This!

    Went inside told the counter guy that I'd like to place a cake order and he said ok can I take the people behind you first? I stood back and said ok that's fine...meanwhile the entire restaurant is so so dirty behind the counter was even worse and most people handling food had no gloves on and the one guy who did- I saw him WIPE HIS NOSE with the single glove he had on. The counter guy never came back to me he got distracted I guess but I was so disgusted I had to leave. I can't imagine eating here never mind buying a birthday cake for my child to eat from this place.

    very mid basket for 7 whole dollars… chicken was puny and not a lot of fries. Services was ok.
