I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious concern regarding an employee at your North Andover, Massachusetts location.
During multiple visits, I have had interactions with an employee named Val, who I have found to be consistently rude and unprofessional. In addition to my own experiences, I have witnessed her behavior toward both customers and fellow employees that I believe is extremely inappropriate. Specifically, I have observed conduct that appeared discriminatory toward individuals who speak different languages, which I found to be deeply concerning and unacceptable.
It is also my understanding that Val holds a position as a grocery manager. This is particularly troubling, as her behavior does not reflect the level of professionalism or leadership expected in such a role. From what I have observed, this conduct appears to go unaddressed, which creates a negative environment for both customers and staff.
I previously reported these concerns to a store manager; however, the issue seemed to be dismissed, and no meaningful changes have been made. As a regular customer, I expect a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming shopping environment, and this experience has been very disappointing.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed thoroughly and addressed appropriately. It is important that all customers and employees are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity at all times.
