He expressed himself very aggressively and inappropriate when requested for assistance with a insta cart employee. This type of behavior should not be accepted within any regard.
- KKKimDec 21, 20251.0I just witnessed the most horrific treatment to an Online delivery Worker and a (Store Employee) done by Store Manager Ronaldo Mendez at the North Andover Stop & Shop location. The Online Delivery Worker was kindly asking Ronaldo for assistance with an online Customer pickup order due to some kind of language barrier. Not only was Ronaldo rude to the Worker, but was also aggressive in his tone by repeatedly telling him to go back to his car to wait for him to help him. He was very dismissive and insulted the Uber Worker by saying to him the “You’re just an Instacart Worker!” He was also very rude to a Female Employee that was trying to help the Worker. He made her stop helping him. This Manager displayed very low interpersonal skills, regulation of his emotions, as well as poor customer relations with the Worker. His actions and attitude were very aggressive and unprofessional. I will be reporting what I witnessed today to Uber as well as other various social media platforms for awareness. Thankfully, the Online Delivery Worker walked away and removed himself from the negative interaction to prevent further conflict.
