After paying over $35 for just a two bags of a gelatin-free candy plus shipping, I received only a generic notification (not even a receipt with order info) over email. I then received no communication or updates about my order for a week. Only a full business day after I wrote to the business's support email to ask about tracking information did I receive a notification that the item had been out of stock, and would continue to be out of stock for the foreseeable future. I was relying on these items for a specific dessert I was making for a child's party, and for which I had already bought other expensive vegan-friendly ingredients from other vendors without an alternative. Product shortages happen, but the company's failure to deliver this product coupled with—much worse—the long delay in any kind of acknowledgment of the company's failure was a major inconvenience to me, which their refund (while prompt) couldn't even rectify. I think it's so unacceptable when businesses charge premium prices but aren't set up to deliver premium customer service. Don't buy from this company. You can't rely on a company whose order-notification system allows failures like this to happen.

Can I track the shipping progress of my order?
When your order has been sent from our facility you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped and it will include a tracking number. Feel free to log into our site and check the status of your order. You can also check your order using the provided tracking number once you have received it.
How do you deal with shipping during warm months?
Please do not be alarmed if items arrive in a state of thawing (which may happen if your area is quite warm at the time of delivery), as there are no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad by being exposed to some heat during the final part of delivery.As long as this item is shipped to arrive within 2 days and has cold packs/dry ice added, it will be adequate to consume even if it is not completely chilled when it arrives. Items may begin to warm up on the 2nd day in transit if they are transported in warm trucks or are being delivered to hot areas. So long as you ensure proper delivery in this time frame and have selected cold packs or a cold shipper box the items will only warm up for a short period at most and will stay cool for the bulk of the journey to you.
What days do you ship?
In order to ensure the best possible quality for your delivery we ship any day from Monday through Thursday of each week.
If you choose the 3-day shipping option we can only ship out early in the week to ensure that it arrives before the weekend
If you chose the 2-day option the cut-off day is Wednesday that week
Shipping on Thursday is only for those that have a 1-day shipment or a non-perishable item
For perishable orders placed late in the week (Thursday/Friday) the order will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday to maintain freshness.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on items at our store unless the product has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item has been shipped. You may be required to provide a photo of your order for confirmation and all cases are subject to review by our customer service team before a final decision has been made. This applies to both the membership as well as the store items. Your monthly membership can be canceled at any time and will take affect on the next billing cycle.
