    Anytime i go there's a long wait just for them to mess up my order. Doesn't matter who they higher. This place is an awfully trained location. Should just close it down

    At 7:00 a.m. on January 1, 2025, terrible service! I was at this location and received very poor service from a drive-thru attendant. I placed my order through the app, but the order was incomplete. There were no cars behind me, and I wanted her to order a coffee, but she refused to do so in front of the window.

    Tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but our last 2-3 trips here it’s taken 30+ minutes to get through drive-thru with maybe 2-3 cars. Dunkin should shut this location down if they don’t know how to staff or run a business. I’d avoid this location at all costs..

    Ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese this morning and they clearly don’t pay attention to their products or quality. The paper they used to separate the cheese was still attached and part of my sandwich. Luckily I cut my sandwich in half instead of just taking a bite. Not the first or last time this place has been extremely careless when it comes to what they sell or make.
