The amount of protein they put in my bowl was unbelievable. I’m a paying customer. I shouldn’t be feeling like I’m begging for free food. I proceeded to ask for extra protein and it disappointed again. I love chipotle but this location needs to be checked by the owners. I come and see the reviews and it all makes completely sense. The rating says it all. I don’t want no reply like the other comments talking about reach us out to here so we can help. You guys should be reaching out to everyone who’s had a terrible experience at this location. If not Mind as well close the restaurant down.

When I pointed out that rice was missing from my bowl and asked her to add it, she made a rude comment under her breath to her coworker instead of addressing me professionally. Food: To make matters worse, the rice was clearly undercooked. Overall, the lack of attention, poor attitude, and low food quality made this a very disappointing experience.
