  I wish some one would clean the tables every time I came in the tables are really dirty have of the time I don’t even want to eat at the place

  I came here for the first time visiting some friends and let me say it was absolutely worth the trip, while the line was super long it didnt take too long for me to get served my food. The guys who cashed me out was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the food, I think his name was Seargay or something. I would recommend to anyone.

  Our sports team ordered a large amount food and they were excellent. Great communication and got every order right. Recommend for visiting sports teams!

  I was having a really bad day and decided to go to cava as a pick me up. Not only was the bowl amazing and all the ingredients were fresh, but the customer service I received from Jacob was amazing. He was so nice and has great customer service skills. Thank you so much Jacob your kindness brightened my day ! will definitely be coming back to this cava.

  Well, I’ve been here 4x now. The food is decent when it’s done well. 2 of the 4 times I went, the meat was very dry. As for the service, the person making my bowl has always been pleasant. What I can’t stand is that the soda machine is never right. 3x now, the Maine Root Soda in the machine has been FLAT. There’s always at least one employee not doing much of anything, so this should be tended to. The last time I went, the kid didn’t even want to refund me for it. I always pass by the one in Lowell, so I’ll have to check it out. I’m done with this particular location for now.
