    I have ordered from this McDonalds several times. The drive through has taken up to 40 minutes to get through. The fried chicken is often cooked poorly in such a manner that the end product is near mushy and greasy (chicken tenders and mcrispy). I am lactose restricted. If I order something like a burger with no cheese, 50% of the time I will receive it with cheese. Terrible overall.

    I love being ripped off by multi-billion dollar companies, the first time I ordered offline they took my order and the money then when it was supposed to be delivered I get a message my order was picked up then I get another message saying it was canceled I tried calling it goes to voicemail and can't leave a message because the mailbox is full wow im shocked but the money was taking. I will NEVER use the app again or go to this branch ever again.

    I waited for 30 mins for my order and it was completely wrong. They added lettuce when I ask for none because I can't have it and there's no cheese on my Big Mac. This is ridiculous on so many levels. They don't follow the instructions and I get penalized for it. Can't eat the food that has lettuce and I can't go back because my ride has gone home and I wouldn't want to wait another 30 mins or longer for this. I'm not happy and I feel like y'all don't care. I pay money and I get my order all wrong and it's sad

    This McDonalds is disgusting. The staff smokes right near the drive through window, where you have to open your window. And they dont refill the toilet paper holder, at least in the mens' room. No care for the customer at all. Too busy catering to homeless vagrants who hang out there to keep warm.
