On the day of my visit, the escalator was inoperable; however, given the approximately ten steps, this presented no significant inconvenience. While the store may not feature the most contemporary design, it effectively met all my requirements.

Ordered diet drinks for them since they are diabetic and the store sent full sugar soda as a substitution, despite selecting the "contact me with substitutions" option. Now they refuse to refund, ive wasted several hours on the phone with their "customer service" and they just keep passing the buck and promising call backs which never come. This person is on a fixed income and losing out on $50+ because of Star Market is disgusting. Shame on them. TLDR: they'll send whatever they want and not refund you. God help you if you are elderly or handicapped.

- BHBen HJan 30, 20261.0The woman working the floral department at 1:50 PM on 1/30 was very rude! I was trying to select a card because my father had just passed away. After telling me I couldn’t stand there she placed garbage bags in front of me and her dustpan and broom while saying I need to understand it was a work space as well. To which I acknowledged when she said excuse me I stepped out of her way and said “you’re excused”. Fortunately I’m a nice person and I wished her a good day on the way out :)
