Today, I ordered online and went to pick up at 6:12 when the order was said to be ready. They said they needed 10 more minutes and again, not ready. When I got my pizza, supposedly right out of the oven, the box wasnt even warm and the pizza was room temp. This was also a first time not tipping for an online order that has no service involved except the assembling and cooking of my $30 pizza so I skipped the tip. Coincidence that it took over twice the time to be ready and was essentially cold? Won't return.
