  Five Guys is a straightforward go-to spot for burgers, fries, and other classic fast-food favorites. The setup here is what you’d expect from the chain, making it easy to order and enjoy a quick bite. The staff were friendly and efficient during our visit, even though it’s the kind of place that gets steady traffic and can feel a bit busy at peak times. We tried a build-your-own burger with toppings and a side of fries. The burger was cooked well and juicy, with plenty of customization options that let us tailor it exactly how we liked. The fresh-cut fries were decent, though they leaned a bit on the soggy side and could’ve used a touch more crispness. Portion sizes felt fair for the price, but the overall cost does run a little high compared to other quick-service spots. Overall, Five Guys delivers exactly what you’d expect from a classic American burger chain: solid burgers with flexible toppings and a casual dining experience that’s great for a quick lunch or dinner.

  Two female cooks working on 1/20/26 around 4:45–5:00 PM assumed I did not speak Spanish and made fun of me and my appearance. I am a native Spanish speaker and understood everything. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment, especially after a long workday. The comments appeared to stem from my ordering a burger with a lettuce wrap. For clarity, I was medically advised not to eat bread due to my specific cancer and autoimmune situation, which is not something employees should speculate or comment on. Discussing a customer’s body, looks, diet, or health—particularly in a mocking manner (loudly at that)—is completely inappropriate. Life is already hard enough, and no one needs that. Just know, if you visit this location, this is the kind of environment that was present. I did not feel it was a friendly environment if you have a medical condition or disability. This is not the kind of environment anyone should have to eat in. I do expect a refund and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Dos cocineras que trabajaban el 20/1/26 entre las 16:45 y las 17:00 asumieron que yo no hablaba español. Soy hablante nativa de español y entendí todo perfectamente. A partir de ahí, las tías se burlaron de mí y de mi aspecto físico, generando una situación incómoda y totalmente impropia de un entorno profesional. Los comentarios vinieron a raíz de que pedí una hamburguesa envuelta en lechuga. Por indicación médica no consumo pan debido a una situación concreta de cáncer y a una enfermedad autoinmune. No es asunto de ningún empleado opinar, especular ni mucho menos burlarse de la alimentación, el cuerpo o la salud de un cliente. Ese comportamiento es inaceptable. La vida ya es bastante complicada como para tener que aguantar este tipo de trato. Quien esté pensando en acudir a este establecimiento debería saber que este fue el ambiente que se encontró. Francamente, no me pareció un lugar adecuado ni acogedor para personas con una condición médica o una discapacidad. En fin. Solicito un reembolso y una respuesta por parte del establecimiento.

  Food was made fast, cashier communicated clearly. Everything was very clean, including the barhrooms.
