I placed an order, paid my bill, but the worker refused to give me the correct change. She kept pointing to the penny sign saying she did not have to give me the correct change. I said I would give her the necessary coins to round it up. She started saying very unpleasant comments about me to the other workers in Spanish. Apparently she did not realize that I understood what was being said. As I walked out the door, she screamed 5 times that I was cheap. It was awful; especially considering there were other customers in the store. I cannot believe how downhill this location has become. Serious customer service training needs to take place!
