The employee did not seem to know how to make a latte at all — the milk was not aerated properly, and the machine made a loud screeching sound the entire time. I politely asked for the drink to be remade, but on the second attempt the employee guessed how much espresso to use and repeated the same incorrect process. When I asked if someone else could make it, I was told no. At that point, I asked for a regular hot coffee instead and requested a refund for the difference. The employee took my receipt and said he could not issue a refund, then offered a donut instead — which is not an acceptable substitute for money I paid. Charging a customer for a drink that wasn’t made correctly and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. This location clearly needs better training and basic customer service standards.

The service isn't great, but I know they try hard. We all understand the immigrant struggle. Love the atmosphere. Love the people. There are Dunkins all over town, but this is the one I come to because of the regulars ❤️❤️❤️
