  I requested a small hot coffee ended up with a medium iced coffee filled with sugar requested five munchkins got super hard donuts that must’ve been left out since yesterday. Don’t go here. Horrible service rude customer service I wish corporate can contact me.

  I visited this Dunkin location in Watertown and ordered a mocha latte with oat milk. The employee did not seem to know how to make a latte at all — the milk was not aerated properly, and the machine made a loud screeching sound the entire time. I politely asked for the drink to be remade, but on the second attempt the employee guessed how much espresso to use and repeated the same incorrect process. When I asked if someone else could make it, I was told no. At that point, I asked for a regular hot coffee instead and requested a refund for the difference. The employee took my receipt and said he could not issue a refund, then offered a donut instead — which is not an acceptable substitute for money I paid. Charging a customer for a drink that wasn’t made correctly and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. This location clearly needs better training and basic customer service standards.

  As a New England era, I am a dunkin' gal thru and thru. Love to hang out with the regulars here, what a neighborhood gem. The service isn't great, but I know they try hard. We all understand the immigrant struggle. Love the atmosphere. Love the people. There are Dunkins all over town, but this is the one I come to because of the regulars ❤️❤️❤️

  I think this location is operated by a family, when I arrived they were arguing about something, I didn't understand the language but they seemed to be too busy arguing among themselves to take my order. Finally a male employee comes and takes my order, he apologized and looked embarrassed. While I'm waiting for my food I see the woman (wearing a hijab) making my sandwich arguing over the phone and with the manager, she hands the bag to a customer that just arrived for his online order, he says "it's not mine". I said it's mine and extended my hand to receive the bag. She looks at me, very annoyed and instead of handing out the bag, dumps it over the counter!! I was appalled! The customer next to me says to her "You should smile sometimes". Terrible attitude!! Not coming back to this location.
