Portion sizes have noticeably decreased, and management during lunch hours appears more focused on cutting back than on customer satisfaction. When I politely asked for a slightly larger portion, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. It was uncomfortable to see staff and customers criticized openly. The overall atmosphere felt tense rather than welcoming. Unfortunately, the quality of service does not reflect the standards one would expect, and significant improvement in management and customer relations is needed.
- MMMattFeb 3, 20263.0I was having a good day at work, needed Chipotle to feed my lunch requirement. Older gentlemen was great, made my plate with professionalism, then came the cashier. Wow, it's been a long time to see someone that didn't want to be there! Bad attitude. Do yourself a favor a get a new cashier. Give the payroll to someone that at least wants to be there and has some customer service experience. So I had a good day up to that point and actually took my food to eat in the car!

Ordered a bowl and it literally had 8 tiny strips of meat. I pretty much at toppings. Why charge so much and put so little meat inside? I probably wil never eat at this chain again. Staff is great and atmosphere is good but food is a 2 out of 10. I rather go and probably pay the same money or less at a mom and pop Mexican place. Horrible food. Cheap out on the most important part of the meal.. the protein, you shouldn’t be able to count the pieces of meat inside. Do better as a chain these little things make a big impact maybe not now but later down the road that message is for cooperate.
