    Came here for the joke to see if this place was truly as bad as everyone said. OH YA this place is easily the worst location I have ever been to. It's laughably bad. The cook is scrapping the grill blasting TikToks like another reviewer said. Everyone there looked miserable. I don't blame them, but even miserable people still do their jobs correctly. They mumble English and look at you stone cold even when you try and smile. All the utensils were filled with forks? Just 6 cylinders of forks jammed into every spot. No spoons or knives to be found. The carne asada takes the cake though. All of the container was completely burnt and brittle. It looked and tasted like cubed beef jerky. For $14 you're getting robbed at this place. The manager should honestly be fired and this location should be reported to corporate. You're losing money with these people who have no clue what they're doing. I would love to see their walk in fridge. I bet it's disgusting

    One of the worst-run Chipotle locations I’ve been to. Came in simply to pick up an order and was met with eye-rolling and open attitude from staff, completely unprovoked. Customer interaction felt like an inconvenience rather than a responsibility. The order was incorrect, the food was noticeably over-seasoned, and there was zero attempt at accountability or professionalism. This wasn’t a one-off mistake — it reflected a broader lack of standards. What’s most concerning is how comfortable the staff seemed being dismissive, which suggests poor management oversight and a culture that no longer cares about customers or quality. Posting this as a warning to others: there are plenty of Chipotle locations that still meet the brand’s expectations — this is not one of them.

    I ordered by doordash to go. After doordash said food should be ready but my food still unprepared though no other people waiting.The mashed avocado was completely black, the other food was also very unfresh, and the portions were extremely small. Even after adding extra steak, the two portions of meat together were still less than a single serving at other places. Everything looked disgusting, like someone’s leftovers. I had absolutely no appetite.

    Ordered a veggie bowl only to find it was made with chicken!! This was at least the fifth time I’ve had the wrong order or missing items. Do not recommend delivery or online orders at this location
