- EAELGUN AKBAROVApr 2, 20261.0I placed a mobile order, came in, and picked up my bag from the shelf like usual. Right after that, one of the employees came up to me in a very aggressive way saying “confirm, confirm, confirm” over and over. I tried to explain that I already ordered through the app, but she kept insisting and talking over me. Then she demanded to see my phone multiple times, and even after I showed my order, she still kept questioning me like I was trying to steal food. There was literally only one order there at that moment, so the situation made no sense. I understand employees need to prevent theft, but the way this was handled was extremely rude and disrespectful. There’s a difference between doing your job and treating a customer like a criminal

When I asked if I could get a new order, he told me only if I reordered and paid for a new one. He was extremely rude and offered me no reimbursement. They essential stole for me.

Like what am I even paying for? I showed it to the manager, Emily, and asked if that portion size was normal, and she just said yes like it’s totally fine. Then when I was picking up my order, the employee asked for my name, and after I told them, they asked me to show the confirmation on the app. While I was opening it, they literally rolled their eyes and gave me attitude. Just weird and disrespectful for no reason. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. Super unprofessional vibe from the whole team. Definitely staying away from this location.
