  Not this one … soup was watered down and sandwich sauce was all over my hands shirt and face… looked like a dung castle in the moat…not sure what it is wouldn’t go here again…

  Download the Panera Bread app to save $. It is why I came here for lunch. As another Google Maps reviewer wrote, it is Panera Bread food. I like it and my kids like the mac and cheese. The parking 🅿️ lot took a little getting use to. It does not connect to Port Plaza. There is a drive through here. I had the You Pick Two with Ciabbatta Cheese Steak 🥩 and French Onion 🧅 Soup 🍲. Both were okay 🆗 but the soup had very little cheese 🧀 added. Other Panera Bread 🍞 franchises I have visited add more. I ordered a bag of chips and a Agave Lemonade for my drink. The inside was in good condition and someone was wiping down tables. Wifi available. A small fireplace is inside. I would eat here again.

  I am extremely unhappy. Do not waste your time and money to go their for a hot cup of coffee. You are better off going across the street to Dunkin Donuts and having your coffee made just the way you like it. Every time I go through the drive threw my coffee is cold. I have to physically go in and make it myself. Even then, it isn't guaranteed to be hot. The water for tea isn't hot either. I have seen people come in and reheat their order using Panera's microwave. It is not worth the time, money & frustration. They are well aware of this ongoing issue and they refuse to rectify it. This is unacceptable, and they will not get any more of my money.
