I went though the drive-thru tonight after a long day waiting in an ER for my family member. I wanted something quick, easy and good. The drive-thru was frustrating, everytime I tried to order the male employee kept interrupting and said no no wait wait. Then a woman came on and said she’d be right with me. After a couple of minutes the original guy took my order… a #7 (Big Bacon Classic) with no mayo. When I got to the window, another guy was there to take the orders and the one who took mine was at the registers. I got my food, got home and found that it had no bacon on it, so it was basically a single… and the center was cold and pink. I tossed it. The fries were ok. They seemed flustered and like they were having some kind of issues so maybe this was a fluke but they had a very bad night I guess. I’m not from here, so unlikely I’ll try again to see.

I've had the food here many times and it's great for a Wendy's, it's what you'd expect. The customer service on the other hand is genuinely stellar. Had an issue with a delivery order (not on them obv.) and they were kind enough to go the extra mile to help me out, even though they didn't have to. Thanks!
