  I have never tasted dirtier water in my life. I ordered a water and iced coffee and you can taste dirt from the water. If you're looking for something good to drink, I strongly suggest not going to this location until they get a filtration system. You can even taste it in the coffee. Its not even drinkable. The ice melting in the coffee makes it taste disgusting

  Went through drive through, I ordered a box of 25 munchkins. The lady said they only have chocolate and glazed left. I said thats fine. I came to the window and paid. Then she goes and comes back saying there was 8 left! So i asked do i get charged for a 25 count or i get money back? She goes since you already paid and theres a huge line behind you i cant really do anything about it. What a rip off! And she didn't even give me my receipt .

  Thank you Sabrina at storey ave Dunkin’s for giving me pieces and not full ones of all your burnt bacon … I really appreciate it seeing as I’m a regular and drop almost $20 a day plus I tip generous. Those who know me everyday and making you all laugh through the drive up window with my boss … you all know me and this is bad to do to any customer …

  I don't understand why the workers don't stir the coffee especially when we go thru drive through or mobile order. This time I asked if it was done. I was told yes and guess what it wasn't. I try to tip every time I get a coffee but why should I if I have to finish THEIR job.
