    The customer center is awful. I've been waiting since 8:50 am because they told me the service would open at 9 am, and then that I'd have to wait another 20 minutes because the person hadn't arrived yet. They don't have opening hours anywhere, their employees aren't punctual, and they don't have enough staff for that area.

    Bought a pack of chicken breast from Stop & Shop yesterday all I did was rinse it and it’s really mushy. 🤢

    Multiple times they have double charged my bank account when placing an online order. They refuse to correct it and place the responsibility on your bank. Which is absurd since they are the one placing the charges and hold amounts on your account. Often get rotten fruit and vegetables. Used to be one of the best places for meats and produce. Sadly, not anymore. I've been shopping there for 20+ years and it has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. I won't be shopping there any longer. It's honestly pretty sad to see the decline.
