- ZGZack GiacomozziOct 24, 20251.0Placed an online order for pick up showed up about 15 min later, waited at the window for an additional 15 min with a few cars behind me even though I only ordered 2 things, got home and (about 5 min drive) and both my items are cold and they didn’t give me the sauce that I ordered (they charge extra for the sauce) so they must’ve have made me sit at the window for 15 min when my food was ready and getting cold so they could make the food for the cars behind me and still forgot to give me what I payed for this place really needs to get there crap together it’s very clear that the people working there don’t give the slightest crap about there job, like genuinely just tell me at the window if your gonna mess my order and I’ll take my money and go somewhere else
