- KJKevin JackmonFeb 27, 20265.0The staff here are excellent; friendly, knowledgeable, eager to please. I'm not a tipper, but the service here prompted me to contribute to their prominent tip cup. The two cashiers that waited on me (on different occasions) smiled and engaged me in conversation while making sure my specific coffee order was fulfilled to the letter. Loved that. It almost makes up for the crowded, confusing, and borderline dangerous parking lot configuration.

I requested it again and they frosted half the bagel and said "it just comes that way" even when I asked for both sides to be frosted? Got charged EXTRA for them to frost both sides of a bagel , then the kid with the green hair told me that I seemed extremely happy today & threw the food at me! Talk about great customer service! Zero stars don't go to this Dunkin they suck!
