Lakeisha Newson, the manager of the 929 Kempton St. location, consistently delivers exceptional customer service and genuine care. She knows how to run a successful store without ever being rude, dismissive, or cutting corners in her service. While many Dunkin’ locations struggle with inconsistent drink quality, cold or burnt food, and staff with poor attitudes or a sense of entitlement, Lakeisha is the complete opposite. She is the true star of Dunkin’ Donuts—making every morning start off perfectly. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication set a standard that others should follow. Highly recommended and truly appreciated
