  I had such a great experience here. The team working that day was a group of young guys, and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What really made me smile was the music — they were playing older songs overhead and actually enjoying it. It was music my mother used to listen to, and let’s just say I’m not exactly in the “young” crowd anymore! It was such a fun and unexpected connection. What impressed me most, though, was how much they genuinely seemed to care about their work. They weren’t just serving customers — they were cleaning, staying attentive, and even sharing interesting information about the Dunkin’ equipment and how things work behind the scenes. Who takes the time to do that? It felt like having my own personal host. That personal touch made all the difference. It was such a comfortable place to sit, have my coffee, go over some documents, and feel like I was surrounded by friends rather than just in a store. When you're getting it right, it deserves to be heard.Good job gentlemen!

  Most pathetic excuse for Dunkin employees I've ever seen at this location. Everything about this specific Dunkin is a joke.

  Not giving change back saying they have no pennies so they are going to make money off of everyone who uses cash. Other places have pennies so it's just an excuse.

  I went there on Saturday 9/26 a 2pm. I was ignored by the gentleman with long hair. He kept staring at me and I asked if I could order. He looked at me and asked "ya what do you want". I looked at him and said absolutely nothing. Jump in my vehicle and went to the Fairhaven Dunkin. This was my 3rd time going back to them. Never again!!!
