- HHHasley6 days ago1.0dunkin is great when the employees actually do their job that they get paid for. i asked for bagel with cream cheese SPREADDD as in PUT THE CREAM CHEESE ON THE BAGEL FOR ME because i am actively on the road and cannot do it myself. i also asked for toasted DARK. the bagel was not toasted at all AND the cream cheese was not on there, who would have known. not even a KNIFE for me to spread the cream cheese on there if i wanted. and it wasnt even busy. 2 people in line INCLUDING ME at a drive through only dunkin. so crazy. theres people who actually want to work their job then theres people who work at this specific dunkin
