What really made me smile was the music — they were playing older songs overhead and actually enjoying it. It was music my mother used to listen to, and let’s just say I’m not exactly in the “young” crowd anymore! It was such a fun and unexpected connection. What impressed me most, though, was how much they genuinely seemed to care about their work. They weren’t just serving customers — they were cleaning, staying attentive, and even sharing interesting information about the Dunkin’ equipment and how things work behind the scenes. Who takes the time to do that? It felt like having my own personal host. That personal touch made all the difference. It was such a comfortable place to sit, have my coffee, go over some documents, and feel like I was surrounded by friends rather than just in a store. When you're getting it right, it deserves to be heard.Good job gentlemen!
