  Store employees were more interested in their own conversation than helping customers, I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong

  Ask the store worker not to toast the bread with the tuna fish to add it after. He said they can’t do that…. Then the manger steps in after I said I’m alright and don’t want to buy anything and said that it’s a new employee and he doesn’t speak English and in America English isn’t needed because many customers come in and can order without speaking English. A) I feel the point B) that was extremely racist to assume that I had a problem with him not speaking English. I have a problem with not wanting to get sick because I know my body. C) I’m a first generation American and my father barely speaks English 3/4 of my life. The manger was extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst review I’ve given all year and I’ve been to over a thousand restaurants this year alone

  Worst subway experience I've ever had. Portions are completely different than any other subway I've been to and I get the exact same salad every time. The whole way through I kept asking the individual if it was correct portions and he kept saying yep. The amount of spinach given was so little that you couldn't even see the spinach amongst all the other ingredients. The individual helping me, heavier set older man, kept putting the salad in the mix bowl and then back into the tray. Handled my food as if it was raw meat he was dealing with. No care whatsoever that I'm watching him handle my food so poorly. I was expecting some kind of remedy for the lack of spinach but that's not what happened. Literally had to leave the subway store.
