  I used to go to the McDonald’s in Newton, but because of Yiselle, I now come to the McDonald’s in Needham on Chestnut Street and it’s absolutely worth it. Yiselle truly personalizes my experience every single time. She greets me by name, knows my order, and makes it perfectly each visit. She goes far beyond just doing a job. She treats customers like friends, and that kind of care from McDonald’s is rare. Employees like Yiselle are the reason people keep coming back, the reason I will continue to come to this location. Thank you for always making my experience so positive Yiselle! And for always making my macchiatos delicious!

  So dirty inside! All the tables had either drinks spilled, ketchup splattered or crumbs all over. Floors were sticky also. I sat down in their dining room to eat, and the table i was sitting at, I had to clean with napkins. Everything just grossed me out. There was so many of them in the kitchen, just standing and two employees also sitting down, in the dining area also, while they were on their phones. So it’s not like they were busy. I was the only customer in there for the whole half hour. At one point I needed ketchup, so I went up to the counter and asked the lady if I can have some ketchup. She handed me the container of where they store their ketchup and it was mostly empty and couldn’t help but notice how filthy the container was with crumbs all over. It just looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. This is the same ketchup that they are putting in bags with food! They were also leaking? All the packets I got had dried ketchup stuck on them. I didn’t even bother using them. Disgusting! I’ve been at other McDonald’s where it was spotless and you could eat off the floor! Definitely not this one. Avoid it if you can!
