The atmosphere is great for kids - it’s loud, and there’s always someone running around so parents can relax. But the service is terrible. From being told that a table is coming up - and then never getting it. Then once you sit down it can take 15 mins to have someone wait on you.

We ordered paninis (steak tips and chicken) which were excellent! The staff was terrific! After dinner we ordered the tiramisu which was absolutely delicious! The entire experience was A+! I would like to go back to Needham, MA and have another dinner at Hearth Pizzeria. It is definitely worth the 60 - 75 minute drive.
