- JCJohn ClarkMar 9, 20261.0Worst Dunkin ever. I was 2nd in line and after waiting for teenage boys to get drinks that will give them beetus in 3 years, I ordered a plain coffee and sandwich. However, there was no one to make the sandwich and they proceeded to serve 5 people before acknowledging me. I told them give my sandwich to the next person who needs it. Waste of 7 dollars. Dunkins never ceases to disappoint and this was right on par.

A younger worker seriously messed up my order three times in a row. When I asked if she could remake it, she had a really weird attitude and then complained about me to another worker (clearly aware that I was standing right next to them). I haven’t seen her since, so I’m assuming she was let go. I’ve had to start checking my orders before leaving to make sure they haven’t been made wrong... I blame the management. Train your employees and stop hiring people that are annoying and rude.
