  I had an issue with Uber Eats not being able to cancel my order seconds after being placed. I submitted the order too early and just wanted to adjust the pick up time. Uber Eats advised that they could not help after the rep waited 10 minutes to respond. I was a bit frustrated. However, my experience turns around when I went to Smashburger to pick up my order, and Matthew & Adam helped me right away! They made me a new burger and it was ready to go in 10 minutes! I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile, even when they did not have to. There’s so many burger spots out there, but I will definitely be returning due to this negative experience turned positive. Thank you again!!!

  Ordered tater tots with cheese sauce instead I got tons of black pepper on the tater tots. Too much salt on the hamburger....disgusting.

  It used to be good . . . Went in for lunch today. Behind a group of 4 people. Place was quiet at 12:45 ish. Ordered a bacon burger, tots, drink. $17 including tip, which i hate to pay in advance, as you'll see why. 10 minutes or so and the 4 got their food, I mosey over and ask if the bag in the pickup area is mine. Nope. Order taker asks kitchen about mine, reply is it is up there. I ask if I can grab it, flustered order taker/deliverer, stammers out yes. No tots, but fries are there so I take them. Big mistake. I shouldn't have done that, I find out when my tots come. They use a lined tray. Which is a bad idea when the product doesn't cover half the surface. Tots were fine. Burger ok, although the bacon is almost see-thru. Slow delivery plus it's my fault about the fries is why tipping in advance is stupid. Two bad Smashburger experiences in a row. On opposite coasts. Means I can put them in my rear view mirror.

  Originally ordered doordash after work and got food stolen… the kind worker still gave me the original meal I had ordered when I had to end up driving there before closing. Been coming here for years and always been good food!

  This is the second time I had such a bad experience here, extreme lack of management, poor staff training. I ordered scorching shrimp roll today, I ordered online on the website but after I picked up my order and when I opened, it was only shrimps not exactly what I ordered. I called the branch several times and they usually don’t answer the phone. This has happened in the past. One time they ran out of shrimps. The management needs to step in and pay more attention on training the staff and double check the orders before handing it to the customers. I can almost guarantee that the management at this location does not double check the orders before handing it to the customers. I hope they will work on the training aspect and customer service.
