We haven’t been here in 7 years. Read some decent reviews and thought we’d try it again. Matt greeted us at the counter. Friendly and helpful. Food came out quick and hot. The burgers were good, but too salty. Fries were perfect. We’ll probably try it again and see how the burgers go. If they are always this salty, probably not something we’d keep eating. Otherwise a good visit.

This place is a dump. The bathrooms are unspeakably gross. Walls have holes in them. Soap dispenser hanging off the wall. Food delicious though.

Today I walk into your Natick Massachusetts location planning to sit in and dine. However, I wasn't greeted when I approached the counter. I patiently waited for service but decided to use the app to order my food. When I received the notification that my food was ready I had to ask to get my food as the front end employee started to walk into the kitchen area. However, at this time walking out of the kitchen was an employee by the name of "Tre", who attempted to grab my bag with out gloves on. As he went to grab my bag I saw he didn't have gloves on so I suggested he doesn't touch my food with out gloves. He then told me, in a disrespectful tone to "calm down" or he will refuse giving me my food. I said that's fine and asked for a refund however the original front end employee was able to de-escalate the situation and with out gloves she passes me the bag. I didn't think anything of it because I was super frustrated. at this point I started to walk out but stopped to ask "Tre" his name. He responded by asking "what's your name"? I've been in Retail/Customer service for many years and in retail management for seven of those years. Its safe to say this is not how one should treat customers who are spending there hard earned money
