- HGHeather GriffinJan 22, 20264.0This would be 5 stars as this is one of best McDonalds, my rating is based on my last trip that was a mobile order, curbside, when I arrived the lights in the lot are off, inside were on and people were still working, I waited for 15 minutes the app said the order was being prepared, I tried to drive to the drive through it it was coned off, my guess is that something happened causing the store to have to close early which I get happens, I was still charged for my food and was holding on to hope while it was still in the hold phase but it went through and I’ve been going back and forth with mcds saying it falls on the restaurant but they don’t any when you call and it’s a bit out of the way to go back

I stopped to grab lunch on my way thru and i forgot to order a soda so i ordered it in the drivethru and when i paid i accidentally handed the woman $1 & $5 bills instead of just 2 $1 bills. So i asked for the $5 back to give her another $1... not only did they NOT give me it back, they KEPT THE WHOLE THING!!!! So i just got robbed by the McDonald's staff here!!! When i asked for help, NOT ONE PERSON spoke english and could communicate with me!!!!! I have no issues with ESL ppl at all! But u need SONEONE on staff to communicate with your customers!!!!!!
