We stood in line for almost 25 minutes and then the woman at the counter decided to stop doing her job and said they were no longer taking orders...only orders through the kiosk. I get you don't want to work...believe me I don't always want to work but stop being lazy or get another job where you can stand around looking lost. These are the poster children for AI to take over.

- MRMelyssa ReyesSep 7, 20251.0I went to McDonald’s on 8/31 with my son, I placed a mobile order which is intended for skipping the line and getting your order fast then having to wait in line, I noticed my meal was sitting at counter and it didn’t have fries in it, I saw the manager (who was very rude by the way) add fries to two other people’s orders and gave them their order and those people order at the counter wayyyy after I placed my order. When I brought it to the managers attention he gave me an attitude and told me I should of told him I was there - negative I do not need to inform him I was there he was supposed to have my order ready at the counter seeing that is the reason for mobile order. He had the nerve to be upset with me over it and then proceed to tell me I ordered a Diet Coke when I know for a fact I did not he stated he did not have regular coke to I asked for a Sprite instead he told me no I can not have a sprite I needed to take the Diet Coke which I do not drink and when I asked the lady at the register to replace it with a sprite she as well proceed to tell me no! Which was ridiculous I paid my money I should get what I want and if it’s not available I should be entitled to a refund or replaced I GOT NEITHER! This is incompetence and ignorance. Do better
