    People are very mean they don’t know nothing about they are doing I asked her to scan the code to get my rewards but she didn’t get that also I ordered cookie butter cloud latte drink what I used to like ,they put all the crumbs of all the cookies they still have even the colorful ones too and when I asked this really Butter cookies drink she gave me the look that’s I don’t know nothing she knows everything and turned her back ,if you don’t like your job that’s not my fault .Thank you Dunkin for this service

    Ordered a doordash for munckins for my child as a treat. They cant fill the order at 900am on a sunday. But instead of turning the item off or canceling the order, 7 different drivers have now cycled through to get the order only to cancel and give to a different driver. This place sucks, bad. Read the reviews. Go to west central street location. Way better staff.

    This place breaks my heart. I used to love this Dunkin’ location, especially in the fall. I’d enjoy coffee and donuts under the beautiful tree in front. Sadly, that tree has now been cut down. Here are some things I noticed during my recent visit: 1. There were flies over the donuts. 2. I waited at the checkout counter for five minutes before anyone came, even though a few staff members were nearby cleaning the floors. 3. The environment was generally clean and nice. 4. Most disappointing of all, the lovely big tree in front of the shop is gone.
