  During my recent visit on Monday, February 16, 2016, at approximately 11:30 AM, I utilized the drive-through service and found the communication style of the staff to be unprofessional.

  This is still the worst Dunkin Donuts in Natick - no comparison. They usually will not let you know when they don't have something until its too late, mess up drink orders completely (how do you NOT PUT MILK IN THE COFFEE?!!!) or simply forgot your order until you ask them about it. I've given this place more chances than it deserves and if its literally a coin flip if you actually get what you ordered. Also, i'd say half of the staff here doesn't acknowledge you or your presence - I guess it's an inconvenience for them to actually get your order right. I only go here if I literally can't go anywhere else but best to avoid this Dunkin at all costs. Awful.

  Horrible service Young kids who dont care about their job...coffee was wrong with like 2 ice cubes for an med ice coffee. Hash browns were cold. Waited to order while 3 kids hung out at drive through area. They barley speak to you. And got served coffee while one of them was scrolling on their phone. Definitely dont recommend this place till a change of staff.

  I came through the dt for a drink and loaded queso hashbrowns, the last time i ordered them they gave me chipotle instead which i didnt realize until i got home. This time i double checked, it was chipotle again. I wont eat that, so i tell the guy i ordered the queso, not chipotle. He hands me the bag back, i check it, and it’s literally a slice of cold white cheese. I completely understand language barriers and how they could have thought i might possibly want this, but at the end of the day, as an ex-barista myself, this is just unacceptable. You are trained on your menu items, and should be able to read the label or at least let the customer know you’re out of a specific item before replacing it and giving it to the customer. I dont know if they were just stupid or didnt have the queso sauce, but this is the second time this has happened. I get that its silly to be upset over something as trivial as fast food, but dunkins has become more and more expensive as the year progresses, and damn i just wanted to treat myself 🥹 please train your employees better. Thankfully the kind staff at 50 e central were able to remake it, and even gave me a free donut! At the end of the day, its my money, and i want what i paid for. I hope this isnt a frequent problem here, but i will not be coming back to this location.
