- ATAndrew TeoJan 31, 20261.0I’m a bit offended by the fact that I came in when the store wasn’t busy at all and ordered 4 medium regular coffees and then comes in a group of 4 men in suits and they ordered 3 minutes after I had already ordered and paid and proceeded to order a mix of 6 different drinks and food and 7 minutes go by and somehow they end up receiving all of their things and I still haven’t received my 4 simple drinks, I’ve worked at a Dunkin before and it takes a minute at most to make 4 med regulars, Absolutely unacceptable service.

The orders are never right, always missing something or not properly made. I just received an order with the completely wrong sandwich and coffee once again (which prompted me to leaving this comment). Please check your order before leaving the store, taste the coffee to make sure it was made properly. And Don't even try calling the store because the number is not even working. If you show up while they are switching shifts be ready to wait to even get acknowledged. I used to manage this store under S.F management it was never like this. We were proud of our service, customer care and it was such a welcoming environment that made you feel just like home. **Do better*!
