I ordered a Large Caramel Macchiato for myself and the $6 Meal Deal for my husband. The total was $12.08, which I paid. However, the drink was made extremely small – far less than what a large size should be. Because of this, I paid an additional $1.59, but even after paying extra, they still gave me a very small portion. I have been ordering the exact same drink for over a year at your other location: 117 W Central St, Unit A, Natick They always make it perfectly, and their customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, the Natick Mall Dunkin’ staff were very rude to me, and even though I paid full price (and extra), they did not make my drink correctly. I was very disappointed with the experience. (Because I didn't speak the language fluently they decided to take advantage of that) I kindly request a refund for this order, as I did not receive what I paid for.
