So I’m in the lobby waiting for my food, when I see the lady in a bun who I think is the manager STICK HER HAND DOWN THE FRONT OF HER PANTS and then continue cooking food. The snackin bacon i ordered was ice cold, burnt and received about 3 pieces with mostly crumbs. In the past ive ordered a cookie butter cloud latte, it took them multiple times to get it right- first a black iced coffee, then a peppermint mocha latte (??). After that, they finally gave me the drink I ordered and it tasted bitter with no cookie butter syrup in it. Id confidently say about 10% of the time my order is actually correct.

We just ordered from this location for the first time in months hoping they'd be better, but we still got bitter coffee and ours kids egg and cheese wraps were so burnt the cheese was just brown and hardened like plastic. I wish I remembered to take a photo. It comes out like that more than not which is why we stopped ordering food from them and decided to wait months before trying again. I highly recommend taking the quick drive to the Dunkin in Palmer. A little out of the way but worth it, they're much better there
