The people preparing the food are mean and nasty and the manager working the register is too busy with mobile orders to pay attention to walk on customers. Go to the bagel shop on Quincy Center. Even with the extra 15 minute drive you will still get your food faster.

No way they could mess this up? Wrong... They send the bagels with NO cream cheese lol. When I called to let them know; I was told manager would call me back and make it right and never heard back. No apologies or anything. Horrible service.

I've gotten the hash browns from them twice; the first time it was still frozen and the second time it was burnt. The bagel sandwich I got didn't have any cream cheese on it despite that being a part of the description; it was only partially cut in half, and the bagel was stale and not toasted. I'm sure the staff is overworked and undervalued, but I'm not going back there
