There was no communication between staff (who were mostly preoccupied with side conversations), so they forgot about our order until we reminded them. And then, when we got our cold brew, they preemptively poured in cream. I asked what they had poured in, he informed me, and then the staff proceeded to loudly complain about me asking for 2 minutes after we walked away. The staff were continually talking about customers both while they were there and when they had left. I would not return to this location because of this experience.
