- HHHelen HelFeb 12, 20261.0This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in my entire life. The manager at the front was yelling at me for no reason during a simple mobile order pickup. She was aggressive, rude, and completely uncalled for. I also saw her speaking to employees in the same harsh way. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff who have to work under that kind of treatment. Millis is a welcoming community, and this is not welcome here. Everyone deserves basic respect!!!

They even turned back on breakfast equipment for me and made my order fresh because I placed a mobile order but they didn't receive it on their end until after the cutoff.

- ABAlan BaylissNov 12, 20251.0Stoped and got one of their "premium" burgers. Spent 15$ on a meal. The burger was hard like a pice of leather. The bun was so stale that it crumbled apart when I picked it up. The toppings were rotten and slimy. I can't believe they served this to a customer and charged me money for it, because I wouldn't have given it to a stray dog. They should maybe do some quality control of the food they are charging money for and hold themselves to better standards. Disgraceful
