It felt like it had been sitting too long or wasn’t prepared properly at all. On top of that, the tacos were packed in silver foil in such a careless way that everything spilled out by the time I opened it. The fillings were all over the place, and the tacos had completely fallen apart. It was messy, unappetizing, and frustrating to deal with. To make things worse, when we called them to explain the issue, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the problem, their attitude made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the food quality, packaging, and customer service were all very poor. Definitely I wouldn’t order again.
