You, the manager, need to let them do their job and not interfere. Why do you give your employees a hard time for providing good customer service? It was completely unnecessary to criticize your employee for putting utensils in my bag for a to-go order. You also should not be telling your employee to charge extra for portions that fit well within your bowl size with the lid fully closed. I didn’t ask for extra protein and I didn’t use a coupon. I paid full price for a bowl, and I got a bowl (size consistent with every other Qdoba I’ve been to). Don’t comment to your employee in front of the customer saying “he’s just trying to stack up”. Your restaurant was short on chicken; go make some chicken instead of distracting your employees who are doing a great job. Because of your distraction, your employee forgot my sour cream on the side. Learn to do your job well - support your restaurant where it needs and let others do theirs. I hope your business does well. I also hope your employees leave and work elsewhere for their own good. I feel terrible for the people working with you. C’mon! You give your employee a hard time just because she put utensils in my bag?! They don’t deserve your bitterness and belittling. You’re an awful person to work with.
