  If I could give negative stars , I would- i ordered a half fuji apple chicken salad with extra chicken and got NO chicken. Really?? Please try harder-

  Best cashier Victor, don't matter how big your orders are, If you need a gift card, your bagel cut and toasted, I'll get it done! Ill also do my homework here in the dinning room... I love helping our customers.

  I never write reviews for large chains, because my expectations are very curtailed. But, this cannot be left alone. Used the men's bathroom and went to wash my hands, and this is what the soap was in?! At least I think it's soap. Im a local foodservice business owner and I cannot understate how appalling this is. This is completely against health code and disgusting. It almost guarantees no one is washing their hands when leaving the bathroom and I only pray the male employees are. Not cool guys. For a restaurant that has 100s of locations, this is an easy fix. Most chemical vendors will fix this for free and immediately. This is just clear laziness from management/ownership. Figure it out guys.

  If I could give this zero stars, the service was so horrible especially the one prepping the food. Didn’t get his name but my food was cold and there was no drinks made. I’m not sure if this is new management, but something needs to be done.
