The girl taking my order in the drive thru however was very blunt, rude, and on top of that rushing me when a car pulled up behind me only towards the end. When i pulled up, another employee greeted me with an exaggerated smile and stared at me for several seconds, it felt more like I was being weirdly mocked than an attempt to be friendly. Somehow her behavior was more off-putting than the drive thru woman. Just straight sneering. It made me check the locations ratings right after leaving. I’m not suprised at all by what I read. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and left a sour taste despite the food being okay.
- CCCSep 25, 20253.0Drive thru is incredibly and unusually narrow, if you have truck or large vehicle you will have hard time making tight corner of drive thru lane. Employees friendly, food ok, standard dunkin.

But unfortunately sometimes I still go due to convenience and I am reminded of how disappointed I am. You'll have one person at the register and 5 people making drinks and food and then he will step away from the register in between orders to make a half assed attempt to help everyone making drinks, leaving no one at the register to take orders. Dude, stay on the register and take orders. Do not step away. Helping put a shot of espresso into a drink does nothing to speed up the 5 drink makers behind you, all it does is delay the order taking and causes customers to leave when they walk in and see a huge line.
