  Half my order was missing, finally get my order and the fries are old, stale and cold. My Filet-O-Fish was cold. They gave me a small fry instead of the large that I paid for. Absolutely disgusted with this food. It's all cold and I can't go back and have them fix it. They give you an attitude when you mention you're missing items. They weren't even busy, there was 2 cars in the drive-thru. Zero excuse for the food they served me. I can't even get a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

  You should tell people you're out of something before charging them for it? Seems like common sense, but they've done it to me twice now at this location. And then I have to sit there and wait for a refund instead of them simply not charging me in the first place.

  The pm manager (big young Brazilian guy) has made the same mistake on my order 3 times in a row on my last 3 visits. I order 2 double cheeseburger and consistently get 2 single patties, I don’t know if he doesn’t speak English, or just doesn’t care but you need someone who can run a shift and understand the customers.
